Our Shipping Policy
Summer Shipping Notice: Please be advised that products will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday due to extreme temperatures during shipping. This helps ensure that your products do not sit in hot warehouses or shipping trucks over the weekend. In addition, please note that some of our products are temperature sensitive and will melt if left in hot cars, on hot window seals, or outside on a hot day. We recommend tracking your order to ensure you bring your package indoors as soon as it arrives. Thank you!
How much does shipping cost?
There is a $10.00 flat rate priority shipping fee applied to all orders at checkout. We share free shipping promotional codes often, so be sure to sign up for our newsletter on our homepage!
When will my package arrive?
Our shipping takes approximately 7-14 business days. However, you may experience slight delays due to local COVID-19 mail service delays.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive an email once your tracking number has been generated.
Why did my blanket arrive after the rest of my order?
The Nooked Blanket is personalized and made to order for each customer. Please allow 14 additional business days for your blanket to arrive. You will receive separate email updates regarding the arrival of your blanket(s). The rest of your order will arrive ahead of the blanket and within the original 7-14 day shipping window. Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States.

United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS)
What if I am dissatisfied with my product?
If you are dissatisfied with your product, please email ebonijoi@nooked.us with your order no., the product name, and your specific concern. We will be in touch within 24 hours to explore resolutions.
Refunds are only issued on a case by case basis.
